RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the ANIFANTOU product you purchased, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and receive a refund of the purchase amount.

Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with intact safety seal, outer protective paper, and nylon wrapping.

Products that have been used or show signs of wear, as well as those with broken safety seals, will not be accepted.

Personalized products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Procedure

Fill out the Return Form (included in the package) stating the reason for return.

Send the product together with the form by prepaid and insured shipping to the following address:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

The amount will be refunded to the credit card (if the purchase was made by card) or to a bank account you provide (if the purchase was made by cash on delivery).

Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be completed within 10 working days.

Note: If the above conditions are not met, ANIFANTOU reserves the right not to accept the return. The product will be sent back to the customer with shipping costs charged.
